01 / FIND

Start with the artist. Check the show.

Enter a band or artist and choose a minimum number of songs. Setlist looks up the artist and checks up to five pages of their published setlists, stopping at the first list that meets your minimum. Repeated provider lookups can use a cached response for five minutes.

Check the returned artist, date, venue and city. Artists can share names, and the first search match may differ from the act you intended. Open View source to review the original fan-contributed record on setlist.fm.

A longer list is not proof of a complete show. This search does not cover every historical concert, guarantee the latest performance, or fill in missing songs.

02 / KEEP

Save the songs before you connect.

Choose Download text for a readable list or Download CSV for a spreadsheet. Exports preserve the displayed order, repeated songs, show details and the source link. They are prepared in your browser with no new provider or model request.

These files contain song names, not audio. A download notice means the browser was asked to save the file; check your downloads folder. Search results are not saved as a Setlist account history, so export before leaving the page if you want a copy.

03 / CONNECT

Choose where the playlist will live.

Select Spotify or YouTube Music, then use that service’s connection button. Review the provider’s consent screen and confirm the music account you want to use. A disabled connection means that service is currently unavailable in this preview.

Music authorization is separate from a Setlist account. The current preview has no separate product login or subscription. Google authorization here grants YouTube playlist access; it is not general Google sign-in for a Setlist account.

Connections expire after at most an hour and may need to be renewed sooner. Disconnect removes this browser’s saved connection. To revoke the application’s grant at the provider, use your Spotify or Google account’s connected-app controls. See Your data for details.

04 / REPLAY

Review the matches. Keep the result.

Choose Create playlist only after checking the show and destination. Setlist matches titles and artists with code, including named cover artists, and creates a private playlist when matches are found. Repeated songs keep their positions.

Catalog availability and recordings differ. A match may be a studio version rather than the performance you attended. The result shows songs confirmed as added and songs that need review. If an add request is interrupted, the last track may already have arrived even when it is shown as needing attention.

If creation fails or the page loses its connection, inspect your music account before trying again. This preview cannot yet resume an interrupted playlist creation. Another attempt can create a second playlist. Disconnecting does not delete playlists already created.

The current creation and export workflow accepts up to 100 songs per setlist. No playlist is created when none of the songs match.

CURRENT PREVIEW

Useful today. Clear about what remains.

The web preview offers setlist lookup, browser text/CSV exports, light/dark appearance and connected playlist creation where a provider is available. Song matching runs automatically from the song and artist details.

There are no paid plans, automatic purchases, native mobile releases or separate Setlist accounts in this preview. Provider access may be limited while public authorization and real playlist lifecycle checks are completed. Unavailable connections stay visibly disabled.

Separate accounts, Google product sign-in, resumable playlist creation and paid plans are not available yet. The current free preview does not guarantee access for every music account.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few common questions.

Can I save a setlist without connecting a music account?

Yes. After finding a setlist, choose Download text or Download CSV. These files contain the song list and show details, not audio. Export is prepared in your browser and makes no additional provider request.

Does a minimum song count mean the setlist is complete?

No. It filters out shorter published lists. Setlists are contributed by fans and may have missing or incorrect songs. Review the artist, date, venue and linked setlist.fm source before creating a playlist.

Will the playlist contain the exact live recordings?

Not necessarily. Setlist matches song titles and artists against the selected music catalog. Versions, availability and recordings can differ. Review the finished playlist and the songs marked as needing attention.

What should I do if playlist creation is interrupted?

Check your Spotify or YouTube account before retrying. A playlist or some tracks may already have been created. This preview cannot yet resume an interrupted playlist creation, and another attempt may create a second playlist.

Is Setlist free?

This is a free web preview with no paid plans enabled. Music-service authorization is needed only to create a playlist in that service. Separate Setlist accounts and paid plans are not available yet.
